Dumb Owl Says What

The concept of a dumb owl is funny to me, I guess because owls are so often associated with wisdom. Things I like about this drawing: lack of black and white in the palette, asymmetrical layout, and the look of serene idiocy on the owl. The blue background is there for illustrative purposes only.
