Hi folks. I know this isn’t the first news post on the site, but today is the first day that I actively start promoting this website, so I figure that for at least a little while, this will be among the first things you read.

So, click around. Look at some drawings. Vote for the ones you like. Leave a comment. Share the stuff you like with friends, even put it on your own web pages if you want. If you really like a drawing, buy a shirt and support the site.

In other news, Here are a few updates I made today:

• I’ve changed the category listing on the right-hand column to a tag-cloud thing, ranked by which tags I use the most.
• I also added the “chicklets” buttons for subscribing this blog’s feed to your preferred news reader.
• I also changed the display for when the homepage “pages”, but only blog nerds might care about that. You can now see a full week of images on the homepage at any given time.
• I added a bunch of ping sites to my roster, hopefully getting my drawings in front of more people that might like them.
• I got some Google Analytics on here so I can see what the hell is going on with my traffic.
• Added a favicon.ico image, like all the hip sites have.

I think that’s all I did today. I still have a few more things I want to add, but for now, I’m going to take it easy and focus on updating and promoting the site, and see if I can get some visitors before I start adding any more new functionality.
